Material characteristics: Due to its superior optical and weather resistance properties, silicone materials are selected by the LED packaging industry to protect the main packaging materials of LED light-emitting chips
(1) Low-fold silicone rubber has excellent physical properties such as weather resistance and heat resistance, as well as high penetration optical properties.
(2) High-fold silicone rubber has excellent weather resistance, high water and gas barrier properties, and other optical properties, such as high penetration, high refractive index, and high light extraction efficiency.

According to the functional classification of LED packages:
(1) LED silicon glue for solid crystal: commonly known as solid crystal glue, used for fixing the wafer, often mixed with silver powder or heat dissipation powder to improve the heat conduction effect.
(2) Small and medium power LED mixed phosphor powder silicone: white LED is covered with a layer of yellow phosphor powder silicone on the surface of the blue LED chip. Therefore, the phosphor powder needs to be evenly mixed in the silicone encapsulant.
