LED packaging glue
It is a transparent liquid epoxy resin packaging material, suitable for LED Lamp packaging applications. This product has low mixing viscosity at room temperature, easy to deaeration in vacuum, and long pot life, fast curing speed at medium and high temperature. The cured product has better toughness and lower internal stress, suitable for infrared chips.

LED phosphor
It is composed of main crystal and activator, and sometimes needs co-activator (sensitizer). The main crystal transmits energy during the excitation of light, and the activator excites and activates the main lattice. Mixing different main crystals and activators can produce phosphors with different wavelengths, so different phosphors must be matched with different main crystals and activators.
